Ebay technical problems

When eBay has problems like to day, why in hell don't you put a note on each page to say so?  This has been a frustrating evening trying to confirm both sales and purchases.  Why be so secretive and unhelpful.  Just a short note to say there's a problem!!

We tried for 30 minutes to try and get them to admit they had an issue this evening

In the end Nadid on their online helpline admitted that there was an issue caused by maintenance. It's great when big companies blame another department and take no resposibility or accept any blame - we know we had several items that people couldn't bid on
