Ebay store still in beta format, Help please!

Can anyone help me please?  My ebay store has lost all of it's formatting and is stuck in beta mode for the last 2 weeks. Have called ebay 3 times and they still have not fixed it. Just told me that tech support would have to handle the ticket.  Anyone know when this is going to be fixed?  My store is losing sales due to no search box, no promotion boxes, etc.  Can't pay ebay fees if I cannot sell items due to a worthless store.

I'm seeing your store and everything looks fine........or at least the same as everyone else since they did the change........  what do you mean beta?

Excuse me?  "did the change"?  Please elaborate as it appears I am missing something here.  NO longer does my store show a "search box", promotion boxes, etc.

The main search box at the top of the screen  now searches your store when you are on the store view.

Excuse me?  "did the change"?  Please elaborate as it appears I am missing something here.  NO longer does my store show a "search box", promotion boxes, etc.

In the Spring seller release, they announced store "upgrades".....were supposed to go into effect in May.......the first one didn't work, finally got it "right" (apparently) around June lst.....  Among the changes are the things you mention..  Supposedly, there are "modules" coming in June to give us more choices on at least somethings, but what they are is unknown now.  As said, the search at the top of the page shows "search store"......so the store search was replaced by that.

Thank you very much for the explanation.  Very much appreciated.   I wish they would just leave well enough alone because now my store looks like **bleep**.  Total waste of $$ at this point when I don't have the control over  it that I had.  Thanks again!
