Ebay site not working

When i click on return request I get this message Something went wrong It's not you, it's us.  Please go back and try again   I have had this issue for over a week.   I have not received a refund and my purchase does not show up in my purchase history

If you purchased using a different eBay account you will need to sign in to that account to deal with the return.

If you purchased as a guest, you will need to sign out of this eBay account, then use the "order details" link in the email you received from eBay regarding the guest order.
