I had a buyer purchase 3 items in one purchase. I printed out a label and only 2 of the 3 items was updated with the tracking number. I only noticed this because the items were large enough to require two boxes and when I went to print the second label I noted one item of the three did not have a tracking number. After printing the second label the one item STILL does not have a tracking number. I went in to add the tracking manually and the two numbers show on the item. I don't understand why the item shows no tracking when there are clearly tracking numbers attached.

Hi @dtexley3, thanks for sharing these details! I can see that the tracking numbers are attached to the item number so everything is working correctly on the backend, however this is not displaying properly. I'll get this cosmetic issue reported so we can work on a fix and in the meantime, I recommend adding a note to the order for your reference. Rest assured, your metrics will be calculating correctly since the tracking numbers are attached to the order and we will work on getting this displayed properly!

I can't add notes to orders anymore. The new View Order Record removed all ability to add notes, discounts, etc. It significantly lowered the usability of the page. Two huge steps backwards.
