I never received an item purchased through Ebay. But I am unable to do anything about it because when I click on "contact seller" or anything else, Ebay requests that I create an account. But I already have an account, with this purchase on it. I have already changed my password but it did not help the situation.

The item you need help with does show in your Purchase History on this ID?
It wasn't made as a Guest purchase right, in which case it would not be on this ID
There is a blue button on this Help page Get help with an item that hasn't arrived to start a claim, and a box to select the item - what happens when you select those?

Yes, the item shows up in my purchase history and yes I selected "contact seller" and any other option I could but to no avail.

@akash-548 - did you also try the blue button in the Help link I posted above?
Have you signed out completely, cleared your cache/cookies, tried a different browser
AND
are you using the app, or a PC?

Have you tried clicking I Didn't Get it in the menu next to the item in your Purchase History?
Was it the seller that left you feedback within the last 6 months?
Has it been longer then 30 days past the estimated delivery date that Ebay gave you?
