Ebay item views have disappeared suddenly.

Hi,

As of today the views on my listings have changed or completely disappeared. On some listings I have watchers but no views. 

The listings are new, just in the last couple of days. I had views within a few hours, but now the views are zero. I was wondering if anyone else is having this problem. Thanks.

It is possible to add an item to a Watch List without opening the listing and incurring a "view".

It is also possible for eBay to remove views after they have been counted for various reasons, mostly related to "bots".

Or it is possible that eBay is not counting or displaying views correctly at any given time.

Same issue here. No views showing even on the chart, there is no line to gauge interest. Just been like this in last couple days at most.

I have 148 listings all of which are now showing zero views. Some were showing 45 and 85 + views so it can't all be bots

So frustrating that you cannot contact ebay to resolve this issue!

Having the same issue here - all listings are showing as 0 views but a couple of days ago had a whole range of numbers.

t's been like that for a few hours - site wide bug.

This happens every now and then. I'm sure CS will blow up over this and it'll be fixed today.

Personally I'd do nothing on this particular issue, but if you want to report it to eBay you can.

The fastest/easiest way is to shake your phone while the app is open - or click the ? icon on lower right corner if on the website. On the pop up that appears, select the "report technical issue" link near the bottom.

Hey @vintagehousekh! Thank you for reporting this issue. There is a sitewide issue with sellers listings views count being dropped to zero. There is an open ticket to have this resolved as soon as possible under ALERT16193.
