How is it that with all of the issues AI and automated systems. We just do away with the ease of searching and finding the answers needed? Instead it's throw some useless "self help" articles and more chat bots at the problem! I may not be a coder, but I'm an electronic engineer, I know how AI works and how to querry a dang search propperly! And if a person can't use logic to find answers in this day and age, they should be led to the middle of nowhere and left. I wan't to refuse to think the programers are this stupid!! More than likely they are being told what to do, by an incompitent boss that's logig only spans about as far as doing the activities on the back of their cereal box in the morning!

You can program your bot to continually question a simple request, but not to just answer the dang question within the first 3 tries?
