There was a problem with QR codes not being emailed the past few days, but an eBay rep posted here that the issue was resolved today.

In the meantime, if there are QR codes you need that were purchased before the issue was fixed, you can download the codes through the reprint function.
To reprint a label purchased through eBay (or download a copy of a QR code through the reprint function), go to this page, find the order and select Reprint from the Actions drop-down. The reprint option is available for 7 days.
