Ebays catalog pictures for DNJ brand is incorrect.
This has been going on for over 2 months now and still not resolved. We have over 1000 listings for the DNJ brand products that we cannot relist due to ebay giving the wrong picture from their catalog. No buyer wants to purchase when the listing shows a completely different part than what they are looking for. For instance, the customer is trying to purchase a head gasket set and the picture is showing lifters. We have lost so many sales due to this issue. We are not the only sellers having the issue. We can see many other sellers that are selling the DNJ brand with incorrect pictures.
We have contacted eBay numerous times. Seems like the can just keeps getting kicked on down the road. It doesn't seem as though they understand how time consuming it is to upload our own picture for this many listings.
