I need some help in trying to change my ebay.ca store URL. I changed by ebay store name probably about 6 months ago. When I was looking today, I noticed that my actual URL is still showing up as my old store name.
My new store name is Crisp Corners, where my URL still shows as https://www.ebay.ca/str/sportscardhunters
I have called customer service and they have told me that it is not possible.
I have read some posts and it looks like you are able to change and fix this on the .com stores, but I don't have the same options they seem to be referring to. They also mentioned that customer service told them there was nothing they could do, but in the end it looks like the .com users found a solution that worked.
Does anybody know if there is a way to fix this on ebay.ca? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
