The account you are using at the moment was created on April 30th of last year and has no feedback.
Is it possible you inadvertently created a new eBay account by signing in using Google, Apple or Facebook when signed in to a different account on one of those sites for the first time back then?
If so, try signing out of your current account and then sign back in using your original username and password.
