Ebay Label Problems

Hello,  Trying to print a shipping label through ebay, and the state for both my return address and for the buyers address are not showing up, so I am getting a message that there are no shipping services available for the addresses.    In my settings, my ship from address displays my state, WA, however it still does not show up on the ebay label shipping page.   I shipped packages yesterday with no problems

Must be a system glitch, as my sales for the past 30 days also says "0", which is incorrect.

I was able to print the label through the mobile app with no problems

That does sound like some type of bug or glitch on your end. I personally just tried to print a label, and all of my information populated. Try clearing your cache and cookies, making sure your browser and computer in general are all up to date, and try printing from a different device. If none of these fix your problem try reaching out to eBay for further assistance, which may include submitting an IT ticket.

Thanks.  There must have been some sort of Ebay update today, as I was hit with all sorts of notifications of new features, I suspect the problem may be associated with that.  Also, just for a moment, my listings were quoted in Pounds Sterling not U. S. Dollars, very weird.
