When trying to leave feedback for buyers the system is not working. When I click on a customer to leave Feedback after they bought an item an error message pops up saying it's not currently working and to try again later. Has been happening since yesterday 04/15/25

Do you have any extensions on Chrome? Ad blockers or anything that might interfere?
If not, then I suggest as the next step clicking the ? icon on the lower right corner of the page and filing a tech report.

I have feedback for my buyers set to automatically send it when they pay.

No. I type my own that are all the same. As my post said the feedback stopped working yesterday. I'm not worried about anything beyond yesterday. It's still not working as of right now.

Try another browser -- preferably the latest version of a popular browser with default settings and no add-ons installed. Or try a private or incognito browser window.
Or try a different link to leave feedback to rule out a problem with a specific page.

Are you using the app, mobile web, or classic web?
If classic web or mobile web, which one of these pages are you using, and does the problem persist when you try the other pages?

It seems to be chrome only it's not working in. I can do it in Safari. Chrome is up to date and I've cleared out the cache and still not working there for some reason.

Roughly 1500+ of my Feedback Left For Others have Disappeared off of my Feedback Profile.
I Contacted eBay and got Nowhere other than telling me it's Their Policy.
My Page Currently Shows 1547 Feedback Received with 977 as a buyer and 565 as a seller which only adds up to 1542 making me wonder where Those 5 missing feedback's are, while my FEEDBACK LEFT FOR OTHERS which Was Just Under 1700 having Left Feedback for nearly 200 More People Than I've Gotten Mine From, is only showing 177 Total Left for Other People.
Like Many People, I like to look at the feedback of people I'm dealing with, looking at the Type of Feedback They Get and Receive, along with the number of feedback's so I know if I'm dealing with someone that cares about their customers or if they're only in it for the money and Can't Be Bothered to Leave Feedback for anyone else. With Nearly 1500 of Mine Disappearing, it makes it look like I Only Leave Feedback for 10% of the people I Deal With, and THAT Is NOT The Case.
I Want My FULL Feedback Back Where it Belongs.

When you click your feedback page, change the sort filter from "most relevant" to "most recent" - all of your FB are there.

No ad blockers, but i did find an extension that after I turned it off the ability to leave feedback on chrome started working again. I didn't think I had any turned on. I typically only turn on extensions when I need to use them for something, but looks like one was on blocking the feedback for some reason.

In the past, add-ons like Grammarly and Language Tool have been known to cause problems for some text entry fields for messages or feedback comments.
