I have been getting zero views  zero watchers and zero sales, this is a nightmare!! What is going on, when this will be fix?

It's ESPECIALLY concerning if the number of views and/or watchers figures into the ranking algorithm, which supposedly it does. No views, no watchers, no VISIBILITY.
