EBay token not loading on 3rd party website

I have been using a 3 party address label printing service for a number of years but recently I tried to renew my eBay token and got as far as the point where eBay asks if you are human. I click on it expecting to be shown a number of pictures and choose 3 of them but nothing. Instead the page just freezes

What browser are you using? Is it the latest version?

Any difference if you try another browser?

I notice you are registered in the UK, but you are currently signed in to the US ebay.com discussion boards.
