I’ve bought small items from a couple of Chinese sellers for years. The items are usually 0.99, I offer 0.89, and they accept. For the past few weeks when I try to do an offer eBay pops a message up saying I must offer $1.00 or more. In short, eBay is trying to make me pay more than the Buy it Now price. It’s been on iPad, Galaxy, and Fire, so I know it isn’t device related. Anyone had this problem?
