EBay app for iPad doesn't work anymore

I receive a notification for updating my eBay app on my iPad. The app is up to date (uninstall/reinstall). My iOS is 10.3.4 ((most recent update for my iPad)

I  can't use the app anymore 😞

problem occurs as of today

Who can help me out?

If you are unable to upgrade to iOS 11 to use the eBay app, you should still be able to reach ebay.com using a browser.

Well, it's obvious eBay made a bad decision here. The browser alternative is not an alternative. Very poor interface for mobile devices. Would have expected more from a company like eBay.

Interesting to note that the app doesn't work with the latest version of iOS either... useless.

Sure hope eBay fixes this issue quickly but for now guess we'll all have to shop elsewhere....... hello Amazon.

Hi. Same issue, been a eBay user for years, very disappointed, can't believe the " brains" thought this was a good idea. Did they think we were going to go out and buy new devices . Tried all the get rounds but no good. As said using browser not an answer. Come eBay sort it out.

Well Ebay, whoop-de-do.. Your suggestion to "Use browser".... is less than helpful. The reason I downloaded the App was so I wouldn't have to use the browser. Please fix it!

Indeed! eBay has really messed up here. You'd think the company was run by Donald Trump's or Boris Johnson's government! 😡
