Hi,
I had items in my cart which after reviewing I decided NOT to buy.
However they were still in my cart and I logged out of eBay. Later when I was checking my email , I received email that order has already been placed.
To my horror, I logged in and saw my order was indeed placed and money was also taken from my bank account. I looked into whole website, but there is not a single direct email or contact number to contact. All they have it some dropdown options regarding contacting seller or some other standard issues but nothing to contact eBay.
I did a bit of search on google and looks like other people have experienced this as well. They mentioned it happens from phone but I was using my browser from my laptop.
Alternatively, I emailed Seller immediately for refund but I have to wait at least 3 days and see.
Why is eBay scared of even providing customer care contact. Being such a big company, they can't even fix their website.
How can I contact eBay support? I want then to process refund/cancellation.

It's up to the seller to cancel the order or not.
