View counter working.....sales

View counter not working....no sales

One day a listing has 50 views..the next day it has 18. How does this even happen ??

My store/items are not live for extended periods of time.

What can I do to fix this? What do I have to do to??

Are you just going to let us waste time on hold on the phone .... listing items that will never be seen??

Please lay the cards on the table and let the sellers decide if they want to play the game anymore.

If your plan for the future is to only deal with the foreign big sellers.... say it now, so that the little guys who are honestly just trying to make some sales can give up hope and go elsewhere.

this is a user forum -people like you comment here to help each other, not ebay staff.
if you want to talk to ebay you need to call them.
Also, all your listings should be visible, less views means less people are searching for that particular thing, or clicking on your posting. To get more views, simply add better catchy words to your title.

I had the same issue with the views starting yesterday. So I, like many others had no views and only dashes for weeks, about 5-7 days ago they got fixed! Yay.....but yesterday something started happening AGAIN . I had a very popular listing that I posted on Saturday that was up to 1,065 views as of yesterday at 3pm MST. Then last night at about 9pm it had 170 views....uh ok . This morning at 6am 186 views. Right now 152 views. I called CS and he said yes we aware of this and the issue will be fixed by July 16th. At least they have a hard fix date, he said it with total confidence so maybe its true? So I said until then all my view #'s will be inaccurate?...he said yes. So here we go again. He added all my item numbers to the trouble ticket so I recommend that everyone call in just to make sure your items get fixed as well. I am so tired of this, since the views came back my sales gone up fast, lets see what happens to them now.
