I am receiving duplicate email from eBay. If I look at an item I will soon get 2 emails for "Recently Viewed." If a buyer sends a question, I get 2 emails. When I have a sale, yup -- you got it, I get 2 emails.
I am using MS Office 365 on a Windows PC. Any thoughts on how to correct this? It is getting a little bit annoying.

Is it possible you have emails from one account filtered to another account, and both accounts are set up within office, therefore the "duplicates" are actually 1 email going to 2 different email accounts?

Thank you for your reply. No, I only have one email account associated with my eBay account.

Right, it's only possible to have one email account tied to your eBay account.
What I meant was, for example:
- Email A is tied to eBay
- Email B is your primary email account
- You have emails imported from Email A into the Email B account
- Then within your email client you set up Email B, but then you also set up Email A which results in the duplicates.
If that's not what's happening, I suggest clicking the ? icon on the bottom right corner of your messages page. Report the problem there as a tech issue.
You could also try changing the email tied to your eBay account, wait 24 hours, then change it back the next day.
Do you see the problem when you log into your email account from the web? Or do you only see it within Office? If you haven't checked that yet I suggest logging in to your email from the web to see what's happening there.
