As a seller, I get a lot of duplicate messages from buyers. I believe this is happening because on a PC or laptop, when a user presses "Send message" the next screen is a refreshed screen with a small confirmation at the top. Some users probably don't see this confirmation and assume that the message did not get sent correctly. I once had eight similar messages from a user within 10 minutes. I think it would be nice to have a clearer confirmation to the user.
