Drafts...

Why wasn't there any kind of notification to this draft issue? Not even an email... I've always been able to keep my drafts and now all the sudden they have been deleted?? That is a lot of work to research, take pictures and enter them in... Now they are just gone and all that time has been wasted?! I don't get it!

First, if you've not had them purged before, count yourself lucky. For the last 10 years, I've only been able to keep them for 30 days. And there is a limit too as to how many drafts an account can have. Enter one too many and the oldest draft vanishes to make room (in the list) for the new one.. Sorry, this caught you off guard. I know better and have had some of my listings vanish too because I forgot they were there and time slipped away...

Thank you for your help on this... It has never happened to us before so it was quite shocking.  I appreciate you taking the time to reply.  Can't seem to get help with CS at eBay.

I will keep your information in mind every time I start a draft.

I've found that the draft listing process is spawning multiple drafts from one draft, causing my drafts to go over the 20-draft limit and deleting perfectly good older drafts before the 30-day period is over. What a waste of my time.
