Draft description disappearing

I work on my desktop

For the past several days, when working on drafts, sometimes the descriptions that I have typed in disappears. I use sell similar on one of my listings to create a new listing. I remove the photos and save the draft, upload the photos from my phone and type in the description. I resave the draft and when I re-open the draft, the description has disappeared and I have to start over. This is very frustrating and a waste of time.

In the past, disappearing description text has been associated with certain browser add-ons such as grammar checkers like Grammarly or Language Tool.

Try listing using a different browser with no add-ons installed to see if that makes any difference.
