Is anyone else having an issue where if they uncheck the "Display a large photo in search results with Gallery Plus" option it is still charging the $1? This issue just started today. I have tried two different browsers (IE and Chrome), saving as a draft and coming back in to the list, etc. Even though the option is unchecked the $1 is still being charged. I thought maybe it was a display issue and went ahead and listed an item thinking it might not charge the $1 but it did.
I saw where this was an issue back in October 2016 for users as well. Like I said, I have never experienced it until today though.

This has been an issue for over three weeks. I found this out by accident when listing an item. I contacted customer service and they are aware of the issue (yea right!) I was assured that all my listings that had this would be credited back to my account. Just another way of catching sellers off guard and making more money for themselves.
I was told to wait a few days and try again. So what are we supposed to do? just stop selling? OK by me! Less money for the greed monsters.

I'm having the same problem. I've unchecked the gallery plus option on my listings and the charge reappears every single time. I've also tried the group edit function to remove it from multiple listings and they always reappear, without fail.
I called customer service about this and they told me that this is a glitch and they will credit the fees back to my account if I list the items. It's kind of sad, but I don't have much faith in this actually happening. Many of my recent customer service experiences have been very friendly people reading off of a script and telling me things that either don't really relate to my problem or turn out to be false. This glitch will add a lot of free revenue so there isn't much of an incentive to fix it in a timely manner.

I have also been having this issue. I contacted customer services who said that they are aware of the issue...but as yet it has not been fixed. So I can't list in certain categories, I can't update stock levels...come on Ebay sort this out!!
