 bought an item at $ 35.70 that included shipping and taxes through paypal, and in my credit card statement got me an amount of $ 37.14. well i want to know why

Are you in same country as the seller? If not, maybe was Paypal currency conversion fee for converting your currency to seller's.

yes. Where it should I appear in my paypal account this currency conversion? because it isnt discriminated in the summary

You are in Argentina and your seller is also? I assume that means your seller's primary currency would also be Argentine Pesos and there should be no currency conversion charges, but I am not sure (I don't ever deal with this).

 

I would think that if there was a currency conversion fee, it should should up on the transaction in your PayPal account. Have you checked there?

 

If there were a currency conversion fee for your transaction, there should be some amount based on exchange rates plus a set currency conversion fee amount - which should total to the $1.44 difference.
