Didn’t Win section is not showing any closed auctions

Noticed over the last week or so that completed auctions I’ve bid on and didn’t win are not showing up in the “Didn’t Win” tab on the iOS App or on the mobile browser. They are, however, showing up in desktop.

It shows a list of items where best offer was declined and the item is sold. The filter shows 0 for both (auctions and best offers).

Frustrating since I use the app 99% of the time I use a EBay.

Same here. Every time they update the app, something breaks. So sick of basic functionality not working on a national, multimillion dollar company's app.

The "Didn't Win" section of the Bids & Offers page seems to be working in my Android version of the eBay app -- at least it agrees with the web version.

Make sure you have the latest version of the eBay app; otherwise, try clearing cache and data and see if that makes any difference.

If not, you may want to post on one of the eBay app boards; there are eBay folks that read and respond there to app issues that might be able to offer specific advice.
