Descriptions don't show up; just a big white box with no info

Past few days have encountered more and more listings with not info in the description box. Only a large empty white box appears.

Try holding down the shift key and refreshing the page.

If it keeps happening, try another browser to see if that helps.

Checked out 2 of the 4 and the description was visible and fine.

I checked them all by my laptop, and all 4 listings showed the description.

I'm having the same issue since last Friday-my description doesn't snow up.  My computer man came out & told me it was an Ebay issue.

I tried called Ebay to report it, & it was a total waste of time.  The person said they printed for them, just like the response you got, but they are not printing the description from my sold page.  I told the CS person over & over & he just didn't understand what I was talking about.  It's useless calling CS.  I told him I wanted to report it so the tech people could fix it, but he just kept asking me the same thing over & over.  A total waste of time!
