Denied ability to list due to problem with "shipping info", anyone else??

I AM IN US NOT UK.  I am having an issue that is stopping me from completing listing when I hit "list it".  It says oops looks like you forgot something.  Top of page in red "shipping service" .  Package measurements are all filled in and done the same way I have been doing for years.  When I scroll down to fix my shipping info then I see in red "Package weight is over the weight limit for service USPS First Class.  The maximum weight is 1 lb". I am not selecting first class shipping!!  I try restarting my chromebook, sign in and out of ebay, tried other shipping methods, Nothing works!  I AM TOTALLY UNABLE TO LIST!! I am quite upset about this as I depend on my ebay sales as income. EBAY CAN WE GET THIS FIXED PLEASE??

I got the same error message. eBay preselected  First Class shipping. Every time that I changed it to something else, eBay would change it back to First Class and give me that error message when I attempted to list the completed listing.

Customer Service was no help on the phone.
