DNS failure

www.ebay.com shows "Service Unavailable - DNS failure The server is temporarily unable to service your request. Please try again later." and a number that changes every time you reload the page (example: Reference #11.3f15e8ac.1598791252.b98813a ). This only happens on the www prefix of the ebay.com domain name. Community.ebay.com is OK, pages.ebay.com is OK, www.ebay.ca is OK, but not www.ebay.com

This problem seems to be strangely intermittent.

I use Google Chrome browser for all of my eBay business and am getting DNS Failure pages with most links, it's the same with Microsoft Edge browser but just tried switching over to Firefox & eBay seems to be working just fine there with no issues.

Weird. I'm on Firefox and its still not working for me

Getting this error when I'm trying to access ebay this morning. Any news of the fix ?

We were alerted to this outage this morning, and the team  here jumped right on fixing it. It appears things are back up and working again. Thanks for letting us know and reporting on the issue!

Hello Ma'am,

I used  Grub in order flatform, but today i want to login but some instructions came on clicking this link, the page is not available tomorrow, what is the reason, out of 60 orders , some have 10 orders and some have 15. Whsts the reason

Please resolve this issue
