DNS Failure

I'm trying to report to a seller that an item never arrived, but when I click on "the item has not arrived" from the Contact Seller menu, I get this:

Service Unavailable - DNS failure

The server is temporarily unable to service your request. Please try again later.

That occurs when there’s an issue with your connection to the internet. Try restarting  your router or modem
