The DBA field is not displayed to buyers under the Inform Consumers Act compliance section. Our legal business name is only being displayed. We operate as Red Letter Software, LLC DBA HK Resale. Packaging, customer communications (not automated), website and profile are all branded as HK Resale.
Is there a way for eBay to expose the DBA field for the Inform Consumers Act in conjunction with the legal business name? Only if that field is filled in.
Our concerns is that it will confuse our buyers, and may lead to an increase in charge-backs. As customers may not recognize our legal name if not paired with our DBA.
