Customer error messages

For 10 days now prior and through X-mas many of my customers are receiving error messages when trying to purchase, make offers or ask questions telling them to try again later which has very adversly affected my business, down 40%. I have attempted making several tech reports but to no avail. It is like my account is frozen. I have 900 items listed and there is little or no action from customers. I have had freinds send test offers and questions and only 1/3 of them get through. This has ruined my entire X-mas seasons business and now I cannot even pay my seller fees ontime. I need help. This is crazy.
