I was speaking with a customer representative named Ashwani. She abruptly hung up on me. Please fire her useless self. This wasn't even the first time. Thanks.

She also said that the team responds in "72 business hours", which is a complete lie. That would be 9 business days. On the other hand, the eBay team said, "It may take up to 3 business days to review your information."

   I don't mind waiting. But, getting directly lied to by the Customer Help department is messed up.
