Custom Label box Missing from Create New Listing Template

Creating a listing for a used car part this afternoon, and suddenly my "Custom Label" Field box is completely missing. I use this feature as a way to organize my inventory and location of the item within my warehouse. Is there a glitch happening with this feature? I need it back!

Hopefully there is a fix for this...it is affecting our operation as well. Has to be a bug....

These type of bugs don't typically last too long. Fingers crossed- it will be fixed by tomorrow.

I CANNOT BELIEVE THAT CUSTOM LABEL IS GONE.  IT'S HOW I TRACK MY INVENTORY.  I don't see it in my drafts on the mobile app, and there's no way of adding one right now when listing a product.  It's as if the employees at eBay have never listed a product.

It's not gone. On the new listing form you need to turn on that setting and once you do that it'll appear on new listings go-forward. Follow the green rectangle prompts in the screenshots below.

To add on to what @wastingtime101 said, if you're trying to do it in the app, it's under item specifics instead of title.

Here's where I found it on the Android app - you may have to scroll through the list of item specifics to find it down at the bottom.

I did try that yesterday and it wasn't even an option. Fortunately it has returned.

HAPPY TO ANNOUCE THAT THE ISSUE HAS BEEN RESOLVED AND CUSTOM LABELS ARE BACK ON THE LISTING PAGE. 👍

Others have reported that the SKU entered on the new listing form will not stick. I have found the way to make it stick is to click the option to open the SKU-setting overlay, or to enter the SKU while in the overlay (shown in the screenshot by @wastingtime101 ), or to preview the listing. Any of those three events will save the SKU, while simply publishing or saving for later will not.

The problem and fix were reported to eBay, so use the workaround until eBay fixes it (if not already fixed by now).

For whatever it's worth @shipscript, I'm not seeing an issue with variation listings, though that's probably because with variations you enter the SKU on the attributes page.
