Cropping an image in the Ebay app is broken

I have been dealing with this one for months.  I go into an existing auction, edit the photos, select a photo, and crop the image.  I hit done and the cropping changes I just made reverse themselves, returning the photo back to what it looked like before I cropped it. I have to crop the photo a second time and then......sometimes it takes effect.  This issue has been going on for months.  I have a new Iphone 16 pro, and it does the same thing. Newly downloaded Ebay app.

File a tech report - it's fast and easy and eBay does review these reports.

Options through the app:

1. Shake your device while the app is open and that will trigger the option for you to file a tech report or submit feedback on product features.

2. Anywhere you see the three dots or the ? you can tap on that to file a report.
