Create Listing Page is Broken

The "Create Listing" and "Save For Later" buttons at the bottom of the "Create Listing" page do not work correctly. I am able to click "SFL" after entering text into the listing form, but not after uploading photos. Once photos are uploaded, I cannot click "CL" or "SFL" -- the buttons are dead. "Preview" opens, but does not display photos.  I have contacted Customer Service multiple times about this, and have received 4 different explanations, none of which solved the problem. This problem has persisted for at least 10 days. Any suggestions???

What browser are you using? Latest version?

Any difference if you try another browser?

I'm using the latest version of Firefox.  An eBay tech support rep finally suggested I try another broswer. Microsoft Edge worked perfectly, but I haven't tried Google Chrome yet (guessing the problem is just in Firefox).

If the page feature works using a different browser, try clearing your cache in Firefox, and try manually deleting just your eBay cookies. If that does not help, try temporarily disabling add-ons to see if one is causing a conflict.
