Create Listing Page Stuck in Classic Mode

Went make a listing draft and when I typed in my title it said the service was down. I tried a few more times and it reverted me to the ebay classic selling format. Now I am stuck with this format and hate it. I am using the advanced version of the seller hub. I have opted out and back in several times. This has not fixed the listing pages.

Hey there.  I accidently switched to the classic mode.  After searching and unable to find the option myself, I spoke to them on Livechat.  They switched it back for me.  They advised, "The option to switch to this listing tool is not manually available to sellers but you can get back to us anytime and we'll help you in changing the listing form."

Hello - I'm having this exact same problem: "Create Listings" page - stuck in classic mode. The newer/updated posting interface was great - but the Create Listings tool randomly reverted to Classic Mode. I cannot get it back how it was. Have deleted the eBay app from my phone twice, and reinstalled- restarted phone - called tech support. They advised deleting/reinstall etc which I did - but it's still stuck in classic mode. I've looked on my friends' phones- theirs is fine. I am calling eBay again tomorrow. They've not been able to solve the issue- however I find their customer service generally very helpful and nice. They haven't solved THIS problem for me - and I'm so heated about it - but think they are overall quite nice!
