Coupon problem

I have a 12% Coupon Storewide that stopped working on all my listings. It is still showing as active until January 31.

In what way has it stopped working?

I can see the coupon in search.

I can see the coupon code on your listings.

When I add one of your items to my cart I can see the coupon automatically applied on the checkout screen.

Do you mean the listing page or do you mean the list of items in search?
