Coupon codes. address change and Checkout Not Working with IE 11 Use Edge

I tried checking out 2 different items within the past couple of hours using IE 11, and found checkout not working properly.

It would not take address changes, or any coupon codes during checkout.

I switched over to Edge and everything worked the way it was suppose to.
