Coupon code error - SHOPGIFTSEARLY

I'm trying to use the SHOPGIFTSEARLY code but it keeps saying I've used the code already, but I don't believe I did.  I don't see any record of it in my orders, and you are supposed to be able to use it twice.  Anyone else having this problem?
