How can I know the exact reason I can not bid on a product in the US?

Maybe you were trying to bid on an item that doesn't ship to Brazil. If you don't see a shipping cost specifically to Brazil don't bid.

It is from US to Brazil but Brazil is listed as a possible country and I double checked with the seller. So I'm guessing it is some import law thingy but would like which specific one it is.

What other information would be useful?

What kind of item is it?

Can it be imported to your country?

It is a pair of vases. It would fall under ceramics, collectibles or art. I imported similar items, this particular one is just bigger and a bit more expensive.
