The above subject is what I see on any listing including my own where the description should be. Everything else on the page is normal, eBay says it's from my browser but it's eBay. I have e-mailed them 3 times about this, they responded twice the same and now are ignoring me. I know it's not my browser service because I went into Internet Options, clicked on Privacy and Security and allowed eBay as a Trusted Site. Restarted computer and it was still there. Went back in, clicked on Advanced and un-checked the security certificate box (which I know is dangerous) restarted and no change. I can go anywhere else I wish on the web and see all text as normal except for eBay descriptions. I don't want to pay for a quick-fix download or reset the entire system (deleting saved passwords etc.) especially when Windows 10 shows all updates are current and my system is working smoothly as it may or may not fix the problem. Any help will be appreciated.

That struck me as bizarre as well. What does merck have to do with it? Yet as I try to rectify this dilemma it strikes me as odd that all this happened since eBay went home and they replied to my e-mails twice then stopped. That is why I have reached out to the Community. I have had to put my listings on Vacation Setting until I can get to the bottom of this. Well that and the new buyers not reading my listings correctly.

EVERYBODY was telling and suggesting ways to fix the problem but sadly NOTHING HAS WORKED.
Saturday I spent the entire morning with a live Microsoft Technician given my permission to take command of my computer to make changes. The last change he did was to uninstall my third party security. I was told my browser is working PERFECTLY and that the problem lies with eBay. When the restart was done, to my dismay the eBay problem was there. Since he uninstalled my 3rd party security I made a $39.99 McAfee Total Security Package purchase. It downloaded, checked my ENTIRE SYSTEM for viruses, malicious attacks and the like. I checked an eBay listing and it is STILL THERE. It's eBay folks.
