Contacting a customer support representive in 2025

Hey,

Is it possible to contact a customer support rep via a contact form or email? The chatbot is useless: It did not understand any question, it tried to forward me to live agents which is possible only from "Monday to Sunday, from 9am to 6pm CET" and then it says "You can also contact an agent at any time."

contacting a customer support rep will probably tell you the wrong thing...even if you got a hold of one.
