Contact seller page doesn’t exist or can’t be found?

Hi I bought an item that doesn’t release to the public until 9/6/23 so I pre ordered on eBay. 
I have since changed my mind and tried to click contact seller to request a cancellation and refund but the page doesn’t exist?! 

is there anyway to cancel or refund?

If it's the seller that left you FB, you can contact the seller by going to their profile or FB page. The contact links are there. You should also see an option to contact them from your purchase history or order details page.

How long ago did you place the order?

June 9th release date is 6 days away, so try to get ahold of the seller before they ship. You can send a request, but sellers are not required to cancel.

If they don't cancel, you can return the item. The seller has a 30 days buyer-paid return policy for UK buyers. Package is going out with eBay International Shipping and EIS handles return requests so the seller won't be involved if you file a return.
