Most times I can print the Order Details Report onto 8.5 X 11 paper with the Portrait setting by reducing the print page size by 15% to 35% within the printer settings as shown is this first image.
At other times to print the Order Detail Report I have to use the Landscape setting for 11 X 8.5 paper and reduce the size by 69%. Reducing the size to 69% makes the report useless as it can not be read.
Even saving the file as a PDF I have the same issue. I have tried saving in the various HTM's and then printing but it is the same, for the document to fit on one page it is reduced by 69%.
Is there a setting within eBay I need to set so that I may have consistency in printing useable reports or is it just something that eBay has control over?
