Has anyone else experienced the condition and condition description disappearing? We have found hundreds so far in the category of Collectibles in our store. Instead of the condition being there it has 2 dots but the description description field is still there and whatever we typed in (such as "good condition with surface scratches" for example. But when we click on it to go into the listing to review it or revise it both the condition and condition description go away forever. We just noticed this on a couple listings two days ago. Now it is on hundreds. It may explain low sales. Surprised that potential buyers have not asked for the condition. Please check your collectibles and go inside the listing to see if the condition information has disappeared. Thanks all!

Looks like it happened to mine. The used still have the box and new no longer have it. My guess would be when they removed the box from the new items they deleted what was typed for used items. So wonderful when they release updates with out reviewing their work and testing to see if it will do what they intended.

Lots of category, subcategory, and item specifics changes recently - may be that condition is no longer applicable for the category, or an eBay bug (which 99% sure they are aware of - it is widespread).

I agree with that but would you buy a collectible that had absolutely no condition or condition description? I wouldn't. These are disappearing fast and we have had to go through hundreds of our listings to correct this. Very time consuming!

eBay still working on this according to the message I got today (7-11-19). They are trying to figure out if it is wide spread or affecting just a few Sellers. We are still correcting them daily. Mostly on hard goods, mostly glassware, and always "used", the condition description goes away if we try to revise anything at all in the listing. Please let them know if you are experiencing this glitch. I have eBay For Business on FaceBook trying to find a solution for me. It's been weeks. We are still finding them.

It looks like you are correct. Item condition is NOT mandatory in main Collectibles category, but should stay put if entered.

Sounds like a bug to me.
