Under shipping preferences, when I try to edit combined shipping and payments, the text box that pops will not allow me to alter my settings. when I click next on the pop up window, just reloads the page its currently on.
If I am understanding what you are referring to (shipping rules and combined payment settings), works fine here in old Firefox 3.6.24 Edited the combined payment wait period and one of my Flat rate combined shipping rules with no problem.
