I have been working on my store and have deleted all of my handling fees on each listing. I did this because they were being added to the total cost of shipping. To correctly explain myself.... if someone purchased 4 different half yards of fabric they would get 4 handling fees. That would be an extra 2 dollars of postal costs. I then went and added a handling fee to each order. So I waited for that to go through the system and signed out of Ebay and went to purchase as a guest and it did not show up. Last night I called Ebay Customer Service and they said that the order handling fee was not showing up. They added it. This morning I was pleased to see two sales and saw that the handling fee per order was not being added. I don't care about that fee I want to go forward. I called Ebay CS and was just told that it was still not showing up on their side.
Any suggestions on how to add a handling fee to shipping or use "in store" rates for shipping?
