Checkout was unsuccessful but debited from the account- item can't be seen in the purchase history

I just proceeded my checkout but at the end it said 'Sorry, we were unable to process your request. Please try again. You may need to retry your checkout'  but to my surprice the money extra $2.04 and altogether $4.53 was debited from my account not even shown on the purchase history and no any emails received. How can i get back the money ?
