Checkout error

I’m unable to pay for a purchased item today (27/01/21) and am getting a message saying - “Checkout error. One or more sellers can’t accept payments right now. Please contact the sellers for help”. Is this a seller payment issue or EBay glitch ? This is my first transaction without PayPal and using EBay linked bank account...

I notice you are registered in the UK, but you are currently signed in to the US ebay.com site and are posting on the US discussion boards.

Are you trying to make a purchase on ebay.co.uk?

Does your seller ship to the UK? Is your seller an experienced seller?

If your seller is new or does not ship to the UK, it is possible that the seller has not set up the account to receive your payment. It is also possible that the seller has not registered for Managed Payments by the deadline and is unable to get paid.
